Privacy<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/section>[vc_empty_space height=”20px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]GC Trading, sro (hereinafter referred to as “GC Trading, sro” or “Operator”) is provided in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46 \/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) and Act No. 18\/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rights of persons concerned<\/h3>\n

The person concerned has the right, regardless of the legal basis of the processing of personal data, to have access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete, restrict the processing, and have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, such as the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, or the right to make a proposal to initiate the procedure for the protection of personal data.[\/vc_column_text]
